Attorney Alexander Vrbanoff has successfully argued numerous cases since the outset of his career. He earned a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1990, following receipt of a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Economics from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. After obtaining his law degree, Alexander Vrbanoff served as an Associate at Robert C. Meltzer and Associates in Chicago, focusing on immigration cases. He subsequently became a Principal Partner in immigration litigation and appellate practice firm Vrbanoff and Ulbert, also in Chicago, where he advised clients on business and family visas as well as real estate and civil litigation.
In 1993, Alexander Vrbanoff went into private practice in Chicago, handling a variety of immigration, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases. During this time, he won numerous political asylum cases both in court and in interview settings and obtained approval for visas of all types. Mr. Vrbanoff regularly consulted on matters of permanent residence, green cards, and work permits and handled deportation cases. He also settled large personal injury and medical malpractice cases, working to ensure that all clients received the attention they deserved, and donated many hours in pro bono work for clients in need. While in private practice, he also practiced as an Immigration Attorney with John D. Colbert and Associates.
In his free time, Alexander Vrbanoff enjoys fishing and playing golf and tennis. He travels whenever possible and makes a point of spending time with his family.
